3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure. Do not share your password or allow another person to use your account. ZeroMaxShop may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts involved in fraud, abuse, harassment, chargeback misuse, spam, or policy violations.
4. Product Listings
ZeroMaxShop makes reasonable efforts to describe products accurately based on available information. Product descriptions may include details about condition, size, measurements, photos, visible tags, customization, item type, flaws, or other available product information.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing the full listing before purchasing, including photos, size information, measurements, condition notes, customization details, shipping details, and any authenticity or source information.
Colors, fit, measurements, and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screens, garment age, fabric type, prior wear, washing, alterations, or camera settings.
5. Product Authenticity

Authenticity is guaranteed only when a product listing expressly states that the item has been verified or authenticated. If a listing does not clearly say that authenticity is verified, buyers should assume the item has not been professionally authenticated.
Some items may be thrifted, pre-owned, vintage, tagless, unknown-origin, or have limited source information. Brand names, visible logos, tags, or style references may be used to describe an item, but they do not automatically mean the item has been professionally authenticated.
6. Custom and Modified Items
Some products may be customized, embroidered, altered, repaired, printed, reconstructed, or independently modified. These items are not official collaborations, official releases, licensed products, or brand-sponsored products unless expressly stated.
Custom or modified items may have small variations in placement, stitching, thread, print, texture, finish, or design. These differences are not automatically considered defects.
7. Orders and Payments
Orders must be paid in full before fulfillment. Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved third-party payment processor. ZeroMaxShop does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment card details.
ZeroMaxShop may cancel, refund, or refuse an order if there is suspected fraud, pricing error, inventory issue, shipping issue, policy violation, payment problem, or other business concern.
8. Shipping
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable U.S. shipping address before checkout. ZeroMaxShop may use the saved shipping address to calculate shipping rates, create labels, and fulfill orders.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing, tracking updates, routing, delays, and final delivery are controlled by the carrier. ZeroMaxShop may assist with review of delivery issues but is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or theft after delivery.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Most sales are final once an order has been shipped. Refunds or partial refunds may be considered only in limited situations, such as the wrong item being sent, an item being significantly different from the listing, undisclosed major damage, or a package confirmed lost by the carrier.
Refunds are generally not provided for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, fit preference, sizing preference, color preference, style preference, or failure to review the listing.
Cancellation requests may be reviewed if the order has not shipped, been packed, or had a shipping label purchased. ZeroMaxShop may approve or deny cancellation requests depending on order status.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse ZeroMaxShop. This includes fraud, harassment, threats, spam, fake accounts, false claims, abusive messages, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, attempts to bypass checkout, attempts to damage the website, or any activity that violates these Terms or related policies.
ZeroMaxShop may restrict access, remove content, cancel orders, refuse service, suspend accounts, delete accounts, or take other action if a user violates these Terms.
11. Messages, Reviews, and Content
Users may be able to send messages, leave reviews, upload profile images, or submit other content. Users are responsible for the content they submit.
ZeroMaxShop may remove, hide, edit, restrict, or review content that appears abusive, misleading, fraudulent, inappropriate, unlawful, spam, or harmful to the website, users, or business.
12. Intellectual Property
The ZeroMaxShop name, website design, content, product photos, descriptions, graphics, layout, and related materials may not be copied, reused, scraped, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Any brand references are used only to describe products, visible labels, base garments, or style-related information.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZeroMaxShop is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, product purchases, shipping delays, carrier issues, user conduct, account issues, or third-party services.
ZeroMaxShop’s responsibility for an order issue will generally be limited to the amount paid for the specific item or order involved, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
