1. Overview
ZeroMaxShop ships orders within the United States using available shipping carriers and shipping services shown during checkout or selected during fulfillment. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, address responsibility, tracking, carrier delays, and package issues.
By placing an order on ZeroMaxShop, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
2. Processing Time
Standard processing time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Some orders may ship sooner. If an order is shipped on a weekend, that is an extra effort by ZeroMaxShop and should not be understood as a guaranteed weekend shipping schedule.
ZeroMaxShop works to fulfill every paid order. Paid orders will not be ignored or intentionally left unshipped. If there is ever an issue that affects fulfillment, ZeroMaxShop may contact the buyer using the contact information connected to the order.
3. Custom, Modified, or Handmade Items
Some ZeroMaxShop products may be custom, handmade, embroidered, altered, repaired, modified, printed, or prepared after purchase. These items may require additional preparation time before shipment.
Even when additional preparation is needed, ZeroMaxShop generally aims to ship within the stated processing window whenever reasonably possible. If an item requires unusual extra time, ZeroMaxShop may contact the buyer with an update.
4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Use the correct address before checkout
Buyers are responsible for entering and confirming a complete, accurate, and deliverable U.S. shipping address before placing an order.
Shipping costs are calculated using the buyer’s saved shipping address, package weight, package dimensions, destination, carrier rates, and available shipping services. If the buyer enters the wrong address, incomplete address, wrong apartment number, wrong ZIP code, or undeliverable address, delivery may be delayed or fail.
ZeroMaxShop is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the buyer.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment is completed. Shipping rates may vary based on the buyer’s location, item weight, package size, shipping carrier, selected service, and available rates at the time of checkout.
Shipping rates may change over time. A shipping cost shown for one order, address, package, or date may not be the same for another order, address, package, or date.
6. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, ZeroMaxShop may provide tracking information after a shipping label is purchased or the package is prepared for shipment. Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.
A tracking number may show as created, pending, pre-shipment, accepted, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, delayed, or another carrier status depending on the carrier’s system.
7. Carrier Delays
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. ZeroMaxShop is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, staffing issues, routing issues, incorrect addresses, carrier errors, high shipping volume, or other events outside of ZeroMaxShop’s control.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only. They are not guaranteed unless the carrier specifically provides a guaranteed service and the situation qualifies under that carrier’s rules.
8. Lost Packages
If tracking shows that a package may be lost, the buyer should contact ZeroMaxShop with the order number and tracking details. ZeroMaxShop may review the tracking history, delivery status, carrier information, and order records before deciding whether a refund, partial refund, replacement, carrier claim, or other resolution may apply.
A package is not automatically considered lost just because tracking has not updated for a short period. Carrier scans can be delayed, especially during busy shipping periods.
9. Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, ZeroMaxShop may treat the order as delivered. If a buyer cannot locate a delivered package, the buyer should check the delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, neighbors, household members, building office, and local carrier office.
ZeroMaxShop is not responsible for theft, missing packages after confirmed delivery, or delivery issues caused by an unsafe or incorrect delivery location.
10. Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to ZeroMaxShop because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unclaimed package, or carrier issue, ZeroMaxShop may contact the buyer to review available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the buyer wants the package shipped again. Refunds for returned-to-sender packages are reviewed case by case and may exclude original shipping costs.
11. Packaging
ZeroMaxShop packages items based on the item type, size, weight, and shipping method. Clothing items may be shipped in poly mailers, padded mailers, boxes, or other suitable packaging depending on the order.
Multiple items may be shipped together in one package when reasonably appropriate.
12. Shipping Restrictions
ZeroMaxShop currently ships within the United States only unless otherwise stated. Orders requiring international shipping, freight forwarding, restricted destinations, or unsupported addresses may be cancelled or reviewed before fulfillment.
13. Order Cancellations Before Shipment
Cancellation requests may be reviewed if the order has not yet been shipped or processed for shipment. Once a label has been purchased, the package has been prepared, or the order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.
ZeroMaxShop reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests depending on order status, payment status, inventory status, customization status, and fulfillment progress.
14. Final Notes
ZeroMaxShop makes reasonable efforts to ship orders accurately and on time. Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping information and monitoring tracking updates after shipment.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
