ZeroMaxShop is an independent clothing reseller and custom apparel shop. Some products sold on ZeroMaxShop may be customized, embroidered, altered, repaired, printed, reconstructed, modified, or independently created.
This policy explains how ZeroMaxShop handles customized products, modified garments, brand references, trademark ownership, and independent designs.
2. Independent Custom Work
Products described as customized, custom, embroidered, altered, modified, repaired, printed, reconstructed, handmade, or independently designed are independent ZeroMaxShop creations or independently modified garments.
Custom work may include embroidery, stitching, patchwork, printing, distressing, resizing, repairs, design changes, added artwork, removed elements, replacement details, or other modifications.
Because custom items are individually worked on, small differences, variations, placement changes, thread differences, print differences, texture differences, or handmade details may exist. These variations are not automatically considered defects.
3. Not Official Collaborations

Customized, embroidered, altered, printed, or modified products are not official collaborations, official brand releases, licensed products, sponsored products, or brand-endorsed products unless the listing expressly says so in writing.
If a product is described as custom, modified, embroidered, altered, designer-inspired, gothic, cross motif, luxury-inspired, streetwear-inspired, or similar wording, the description is used to explain the design style or modification. It does not mean the item is connected to, approved by, or released by any third-party brand.
ZeroMaxShop does not claim partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, licensing, or official collaboration with any third-party brand unless expressly stated.
4. Brand Names and Trademarks
Brand names, logos, trademarks, product names, service marks, and other protected identifiers belong to their respective owners.
Any reference to a brand on ZeroMaxShop is used only to describe the item, visible tag, base garment, style, source information, or other product details reasonably available at the time of listing.
Brand references should not be understood as a claim that ZeroMaxShop is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, licensed by, or officially connected to that brand.
5. Modified Branded Garments
Some items may begin as branded garments, blank garments, thrifted garments, vintage garments, resale items, or pre-existing clothing and may later be customized or modified.
When a branded garment is customized or modified, the final product may no longer represent the original condition, design intent, warranty, or official product presentation of the original brand.
A product may be described using the visible base garment brand only to identify the garment used. That does not mean the custom work was performed, approved, sponsored, or licensed by the original brand.
6. Blanks and Base Garments
Some custom products may be made from blank garments, wholesale blanks, thrifted blanks, unbranded garments, or garments from brands such as common blank apparel manufacturers.
When a blank garment or base garment is used, the blank manufacturer is not responsible for the custom artwork, embroidery, modifications, resale listing, product description, or final customized product unless expressly stated.
ZeroMaxShop may identify a blank or base garment when helpful for sizing, fit, fabric, or product transparency.
7. Inspired Designs and Style References
ZeroMaxShop may use general style descriptions such as vintage-inspired, gothic, streetwear, custom embroidered, cross motif, designer-look, luxury-inspired, athletic, archive-inspired, or similar terms to describe the look or design direction of an item.
These style descriptions are not meant to claim that the item is made by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any specific brand.
Buyers should review the actual product photos and description instead of assuming official brand connection based on style wording.
8. Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for reviewing the full product listing before purchasing, including photos, description, customization notes, condition details, size details, measurements, and any disclosure about the base garment or modification.
If a buyer has questions about whether an item is custom, modified, thrifted, branded, unbranded, verified, or independently created, the buyer should contact ZeroMaxShop before purchasing.
9. Custom Item Returns
Customized, embroidered, altered, repaired, printed, reconstructed, or made-to-order items are generally final sale. These items may not be eligible for return or refund unless the wrong item was shipped, the item arrived with undisclosed major damage, or ZeroMaxShop determines that a rare exception applies.

10. Intellectual Property Concerns
ZeroMaxShop respects intellectual property rights. If a rights owner believes that a listing, product, image, description, or design violates their rights, they may contact ZeroMaxShop with enough information to review the concern.
ZeroMaxShop may remove, edit, pause, review, or restrict a listing if it appears to create legal, trademark, copyright, authenticity, platform, or business risk.
Submitting a concern does not guarantee a specific outcome, but ZeroMaxShop may review the issue and take action that it considers appropriate under the circumstances.
11. No Misrepresentation
ZeroMaxShop aims to avoid representing custom products as official collaborations or official releases unless there is clear reason to do so. Buyers should rely on the exact wording of each product listing.
If a listing says custom, customized, modified, altered, embroidered, independently made, or similar wording, buyers understand that the item is an independent custom or modified product.
12. Final Notes
ZeroMaxShop’s goal is to describe customized and modified products clearly, honestly, and based on available information. Custom apparel can include secondhand items, blank garments, vintage garments, repaired garments, altered garments, and independently created designs.
By purchasing from ZeroMaxShop, buyers acknowledge that they have reviewed the listing and understand whether the item is described as custom, modified, embroidered, altered, branded, unbranded, thrifted, pre-owned, or independently created.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
