1. Overview
ZeroMaxShop is an independent clothing reseller and custom apparel shop. Products sold on ZeroMaxShop may include thrifted, vintage, pre-owned, tagless, unbranded, unknown-origin, custom-modified, embroidered, altered, repaired, printed, or independently created garments.
This policy explains how ZeroMaxShop describes product condition, brand information, authenticity, source details, and buyer responsibility before purchase.
2. Authenticity Is Only Guaranteed When Expressly Stated

Authenticity is guaranteed only when a product listing expressly states that the item has been verified or authenticated. If a listing does not clearly say that authenticity is verified, buyers should assume the item has not been professionally authenticated.
ZeroMaxShop does not automatically guarantee that every branded, thrifted, vintage, resale, pre-owned, tagless, or secondhand item has been authenticated by the original brand, manufacturer, or a third-party authentication service.
Brand names, visible tags, logos, design features, style references, or seller-provided source information may be used to describe an item, but they do not automatically mean the item has been professionally authenticated.
3. Secondhand, Thrifted, and Unknown-Origin Items
Many products listed on ZeroMaxShop may be sourced from thrift stores, resale marketplaces, liquidation lots, bulk clothing lots, estate sales, personal collections, or other secondhand sources. Because of this, some items may have limited or unavailable origin information.
Some items may have missing tags, removed tags, faded tags, replacement tags, no size tag, no brand tag, altered labels, or unknown manufacturing history. ZeroMaxShop will describe what is reasonably known at the time of listing, but not every item will have complete source history.
Buyers understand that secondhand and thrifted items may not include original receipts, original packaging, proof of purchase, certificates, or brand authentication records.
4. Product Descriptions
Product descriptions are written based on the information reasonably available to ZeroMaxShop at the time of listing. This may include visible tags, item appearance, fabric feel, measurements, condition, style, source information, prior seller information, or other observable details.
ZeroMaxShop attempts to describe products honestly and accurately, but product descriptions may include estimates, style-based descriptions, visible-label descriptions, or best available information when complete product history is not available.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing the full listing, including photos, size details, measurements, condition notes, color information, customization notes, and any authenticity or source disclosures before purchasing.
5. Condition of Pre-Owned Items
Pre-owned, thrifted, and vintage items may show signs of normal use or age. This may include fading, cracking, pilling, distressing, small marks, wash wear, loose threads, small stains, repaired areas, stretched fabric, minor discoloration, or other imperfections.
ZeroMaxShop attempts to show or describe noticeable flaws when reasonably possible. Minor wear consistent with secondhand, vintage, or thrifted clothing is not automatically considered a defect or a valid reason for refund.
Buyers should assume that pre-owned, thrifted, vintage, and secondhand items may not be in perfect new condition unless the listing clearly states otherwise.
6. Tagless, Unbranded, and Unknown Brand Items
Some products may be listed as tagless, unbranded, unknown brand, unknown origin, or not verified. These labels mean that ZeroMaxShop does not have enough reliable information to confirm the original brand, manufacturer, age, source, or authenticity of the item.
If an item is tagless or has unknown origin, any description of style, fit, category, or design is provided for identification and shopping convenience only. It should not be treated as a guarantee of brand, origin, manufacturer, or authenticity.
7. Branded Items
Some products may display a brand name, logo, tag, label, or design associated with a third-party brand. When ZeroMaxShop references a brand, the reference is used to describe what appears on the item or what is reasonably known about the item.
Unless a listing expressly states that authenticity has been verified, brand references should not be understood as a professional authentication guarantee.
ZeroMaxShop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party brand unless expressly stated in writing.
8. Custom-Modified Branded Items
Some items may begin as branded garments, blank garments, or pre-existing clothing and later be customized, embroidered, printed, altered, repaired, reconstructed, or modified. A custom-modified product is independently modified and should not be understood as an official collaboration, official release, or brand-sponsored product unless expressly stated.
For example, if a product is described as customized, embroidered, altered, modified, or independently designed, buyers understand that the product may no longer represent the original condition or original design intent of the base garment.
9. Photos and Buyer Review
Product photos are part of the product listing. Buyers are responsible for reviewing photos before purchase. Photos may show condition, color, fit, texture, flaws, tags, missing tags, custom work, embroidery, stains, wear, or other details.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, camera settings, screen brightness, device display, or editing. Minor color variation is not automatically considered a listing error.
ZeroMaxShop may keep product photos, listing information, item condition records, and order records for documentation and dispute review.
10. Measurements, Sizing, and Fit
Size labels may vary by brand, age, garment type, prior washing, alterations, shrinking, stretching, or vintage sizing standards. A listed size is not a guarantee that an item will fit every buyer the same way.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing any listed measurements, size notes, model notes, fit notes, photos, and descriptions before purchasing.
Fit preference, sizing preference, or choosing the wrong size is generally not considered a valid reason for refund under the Returns & Refunds Policy.
11. No Authentication Service
ZeroMaxShop is not a professional authentication service, brand verification service, or appraisal company. Unless specifically stated in a listing, items are not professionally authenticated, appraised, certified, or verified by the original brand or a third-party authentication provider.
Buyers who require professional authentication before purchase should only purchase items where the listing expressly states that authentication is verified or should contact ZeroMaxShop before purchasing to ask whether additional information is available.
12. Reporting a Product Concern
If a buyer believes an item was significantly misdescribed, the buyer should contact ZeroMaxShop with the order number, clear photos or videos, and a detailed explanation of the concern.
ZeroMaxShop may review the original listing, product photos, item condition records, shipping records, buyer-provided evidence, and any available source details before deciding whether a refund, partial refund, return, or other resolution may apply.
13. Final Notes
ZeroMaxShop makes reasonable efforts to describe items honestly based on available information. However, because many items are secondhand, thrifted, vintage, customized, tagless, or unknown-origin, complete verification may not always be possible.
By purchasing from ZeroMaxShop, buyers acknowledge that they have reviewed the listing and understand the nature of secondhand, thrifted, vintage, custom, and independently modified apparel.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
